Why the automation is monthly when nothing else is
A website is a thing. Automation is a service. Once your site is built it sits there and does its job, so you own it and that is the end of it. We would rather not charge you every month for something that does not need us.
A voice answering your phone is not like that. There is a subscription behind it, it costs money each time it takes a call, and it has to be told when your prices change. Left alone it drifts, and the first you hear about it is a customer repeating a figure you never gave.
So we watch it, fix it, and keep what it says about your business correct. That is the monthly fee, and it is the only thing here that has one. If you would rather run it yourself we will set it up, show you how, and leave you to it.

The same goes for the tools above: every one of them refuses to flatter the person using it. The leak calculator tells a tight system a survey will not pay back. The steam tool admits which losses it cannot count. Anyone can spot a rigged number, and it would be your name on it.
